Over the last 2 years, Tricia has been writing her own songs that she believes are to shared with others in the real estate industry to inspire, motivate and just be plain fun!  Her first song was  inspired by her close relationship with her sister, Karen in which she dedicated it to her. After she wrote that song, the juices began flowing and she wrote for the entire year and hasn't stopped since!  She continues to believe in journaling and writing from your heart which opens the heart and mind to tune in to herself and be more connected with the audiences she speaks to.

Motivational with lyrics to get you to think and inspire you in business and life, she actively weaves her song messages into her presentation. Recently, Tricia wrote a song called "Shift" inspired by Gary Keller of Keller Williams as well as a song that was inspired by watching the friendships between people and how it empowers us.
